Payment Terms

Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Fees for psychological assessments and specialized treatments are due prior to the commencement of the assessment or therapy session. Corporate and EAP client payment arrangements will be governed by specific contractual agreements.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be assessed individually at the discretion of Nenya management.

Insurance and Rebates

Clients may be eligible for rebates through Medicare, private health insurance, or other funding bodies. It is the client's responsibility to confirm eligibility and manage rebate claims. Nenya can provide necessary documentation for rebate claims upon request.

Outstanding Payments

Outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
